Thanks to Bright Futures Joplin sponsor JOANN Fabrics and Crafts, and their corporate partnership with the Kids In Need Foundation, Joplin teachers will have opportunities each year to spruce up their classrooms with discontinued, clearanced and donated items from our local JOANN store. When the time is right -- usually once in the fall, and again in the spring -- Bright Futures staff will notify district teachers to come peruse the shelves and tables of crafting supplies, decorations and classroom accessories that will turn their learning environments into cozy, creative spaces where children can thrive. The only requirements are that the items be used exclusively in the classroom for the benefit of Joplin students.
